Keyboard shortcuts

Move faster with these handy key combinations.

During a test

  • Tab Restart / reset the current passage
  • Esc Pause the test
  • Enter Submit when finished (where enabled)
  • Backspace Correct the previous character (mode dependent)

Navigation

  • G then H Go to Home / Dashboard
  • G then A Open Typing Academy
  • G then P Open your Profile
  • / Focus a search field on the page

Accessibility

  • Tab Move focus to the next control
  • Shift + Tab Move focus to the previous control
  • Space / Enter Activate the focused button or link
  • T Toggle light / dark theme
